QUESTION

I would like some legal advice on a contentious probate/will.

Asked on Jul 06th, 2015 on Wills and Probate - Florida
More details to this question:
My mother past away last June in Florida where she resided. Currently, her estate is going through probate. But a major dispute has arisen between my older brother and the executor of the Will. Due to this problem, myself and my other siblings stand to be the losers/victims. We are led to believe that we have no rights to our mother's estate. We don't seem to have any power or anyway of influencing proceedings to obtain a more fairer outcome. As I live in the UK, I was told I need to speak to a lawyer in Florida. I would like some help in establish where I stand in my mother's estate?
