My mother passed away last year I am in the house I have the deed in her name only what do I do to change that my name is Reginald Aaron my number is904 483 1734

If it was your mother's homestead property, then you will have to pursue a homestead determination action as part of a summary administration. If this was not your mother's homestead property, then a formal administration would have to be commenced.
