I have Temp guardianship of my mother. She is unable to drive and has surrendered her license. Can I transfer ownership to myself or do I have to buy

More details to this question:
My mother has dementia/Alzheimer’s and a few other ailments. I have Been awarded temporary guardianship until the judge accepts my care plan for my mom. I have Been driving her vehicle for over a year with her knowledge and consent I want To know If I can Transfer her vehicle to my name or do I have To buy it

You will not be able to transfer any asset of your mother's to yourself without court approval.  If you tell the Court that you use the vehicle to transport your mom, you can ask to get authority to transfer it to yourself.
