How can I get the rights to the house

More details to this question:
My mother recently passed away and she was living in my great grandparents home who they left the house to my mother because my mother was a successor trustee but know there are no more trustees and I am looking at taking control of the home, how would I do this?

Do you have a copy of the Trust document?  Did your mother have a Will? Was your mother married?  Do you have brothers or sisters through your mother?  These are questions that would help determine what you need to do next.  If you are one of mother's heirs, you can file a probate to have the court determine the status of the house and who should inherit it.
