If a tenant pays the rent up for a 1 year lease, but move out within 2 months prior to the lease to care for a sick relative. Can the money be refund?

If the landlord rents the rental property, you can seek a refund for that period.
However, there is no obligation for a refund unless the landlord terminated the contract and accepted the keys and possession.
