Do I have any options after somebody buys my house and a tax collection auction

More details to this question:
I knew I owed taxes and it had been a couple years possibly three and was look going to mail and opened a opened a letter and in the letter was a state of paper that said you your house may be put in a sheriff sale I called the tax people they informed me my house was sold I asked when they said September 25 that was approximately a week prior to me calling them what can I do to get my house back

You MAY have a right of redemption depending on where you live. Contact a local real estate attorney for more specific advice. You will ultimately have to pay the taxes to get the property back though.....so if you don't have the money it may not be worth the effort.
