More details to this question:
A police officer that is trying to get ahold of me tell my next door neighbor’s my personal information and why he is trying to get a hold of me based on one parties side of a story. He told them way more than they needed to know and even my neighbor was telling me there was no need for him to know all of that.

If the police officer violated your right to privacy or some other privacy rule, you may be able to sue. However, there are many landmines and pitfalls in lawsuits against public organizations such as police department and the city for which the police department works,(called "public entities"). In addition, the fact that you are or may be charged with a crime may allow the officer a little leeway, (a little leery, not total). If you believe your rights have been violated you should contact an attorney who can further advise you on the possibility of litigation against a public entity in your case.
