what are my rights as a parent when an adult son dies in a supportive living home.

More details to this question:
Son was released from Greystone psychiatric Hospital under certain restrictions to a supportive living homes 24/7. These restrictions were not followed and he passed away. What are our rights as his parents.

First, I am very sorry for your loss. If your son's death was caused by or contributed to by the supportive living home's violation of the "restrictions", then you may have a wrongful death claim against that home.  If you don't mind sharing, I would like to know what the "restrictions" were and what the cause of your son's death was.    Thank you
