what are my rights as a parent when an adult son dies in a supportive living home.

More details to this question:
Son was released from Greystone psychiatric Hospital under certain restrictions to a supportive living homes 24/7. These restrictions were not followed and he passed away. What are our rights as his parents.

If your son's death was caused by or contributed to by the supportive living home's violation of the "restrictions", then you may have a wrongful death claim against that home. If you don't mind sharing, I would like to know what the "restrictions" were and what the cause of your son's death was.
