More details to this question:
I was helping a friend remove some logs that he cut down on a guys property that he's trying to get ready to rent when he threw a log and hit me on the back of my left calf. I had to go to the hospital the next morning because I couldn't walk. They transferred me to another hospital because they was afraid I needed emergency surgery because they said I had an hematoma in my calf and they kept me in there for 3 days I had to be monitored of the injury and and haw swollen it was. They was afraid of a blood clot. I still can't walk on it. The guy I helped owen his own business and has insurance but no one is in his employer list. He pays daily but the guy property also has home owner insurance. I was hurt badly and they don't care

You may have a claim against the person who threw the log and/or the person who owned the home where you were working that day. Homeowners insurance/Commercial policies may be a source of recovery but they would need to be reviewed. Attorneys on this platform are prohibited from soliciting cases so you would need to research our backgrounds and reach out to one of us.  Stephen Black, Esq. 407-581-2581

Dear Daniel, I am sorry to hear about your injury. This would appear to merit investigation. Do not delay contacting an experienced Personal Injury attorney. More facts are needed which can be discussed in private consultation with a Personal Injury attorney who can guide and advise you. A Personal Injury attorney can investigate this matter and determine if there is a viable liability claim. We all give free consultations and if we take the case, it would be on a contingent fee basis. Start this process with a free consultation. Better sooner rather than later. We cannot solicit you, so you will have to reach out. Loren L. Gold, Esq. 954-742-6999
