QUESTION

I was wondering if my experience at Wawa could be a lawsuit?

Asked on Feb 16th, 2016 on Personal Injury - New Jersey
More details to this question:
I was at Wawa and in my bag was a plastic device with a razor blade in it, which was exposed enough for someone to easily cut themselves. I did not realize that the bag had the razor in it and my niece and nephew were in the car with me, so I handed the bag to my niece because there was snacks and it for her and she was playing with the razor and Nicked her finger. So I was wondering if this experience warrants a lawsuit or a settlement

Probably not worth a lawsuit.  That plastic device does sound dangerous and Wawa may have been negligent if their employee put it in the bag, but your nieces injury is likely too minor to warrant a claim.  Try contacting the Manager of the store and explaining what happen, there may be some form of minimal compensation they may offer.
