Yes. Your claim should not be affected by your lack of insurance. But, you might get a citation.

Yes. You don't have to have insurance to sue whether the other driver is drunk or not. The legal requirement to have insurance doesn't have anything to do with the right to sue or the liability of the other driver. Good luck.

If the drunk driver was liable there is no need for your c overage ( assuming he has coverage).

Yes, you definitely still can! Even though you don't have insurance, if a driver was drunk and hit you which result in damages, you have a claim. Contact my office immediately for more information.
