my mother is in the hospital she was volated my two nurses

My mother is very sick and weak she was up to side toliet try to use it well 2 nurse came in was grabbing her clothes try to pull them off she ask them to stop they kept it up then throwing her on the bed the one nurse put her hand up my mother gown grabbing her private parts then left my mother is scared to death she reported it and the police came took her statement.what can we do
