QUESTION

My lawyer can no longer handle my case due to a conflict of interest in his new firm. I can't find a new lawyer. What can I do now?

More details to this question:
Wrongful termination suit. In the year and a half that I have worked with my lawyer, he has changed firms three times. He informed me that he can no longer represent me due to a conflict of interest in his latest firm. I've tried very hard, unsuccessfully, to find a new lawyer to pick up this case. The claim was filed with the EEOC and I've had my 50H hearing. Since I cannot find new representation, does this mean I will lose by default ? What do I do now?
