Can you ban a terminated employee from coming on Company property?

More details to this question:
An employee that has been recently terminated is coming on to the company property i.e. the employee parking lot to talk with current employees. This terminated employee was extremely disgruntled. Can I legally refuse the terminated employee access to the property?

Yes, if the company controls the property, i.e. owns or rents it. The company cannot control who accesses public property or another party's property.
