Car caught on fire due to electrical problem in engine bay, after a recall was done. the entire engine is melted, however I don't have insurance. What are my options with the dealership?

Check with the manufactuer about the recall and possibly a loss claim there. Its not the dealerships obligation at that point. Also check if htere was some warranty from the dealer or some CPO inspection that should have revealed any wiring defect.
