what can I do for this rental car insurance company for the following issue?

More details to this question:
I rented a car between December25-28, 2017 in Miami international airport from Alamo rental car company. I asked them for car ınsurance but they did only extended protection insurance when I realized my rental car not insurance with collision damage I did it through internet by Allianz global insurance company my rental car insurance coverage dates are December28-31, 2017 and I had an incident December28, 2107 and provided all related documents to my insurance company. They did not approve my claim because they said that you picked up car on December25, 2107 and drop off on December28, 2017, but you had rental car insurance between December28-31, 2017. Normally my rental car insurance dates are coverage incident date but they did not accept this

You will likely need to hire a lawyer to address this if the samages are substantial. Its impossible to tell what happened or whats covered without reviewing the documents.
