Was in an accident last Thursday, insurance what to pay me only for the value of the car. The accident was not my fault, what do I do.

I was in a car accident on December 21st . A car that was traveling way past the speed limit rear-ended me and total my car . The insurance company offered me $10,000 which is the value of my car however the loan value of my car is about 20,000. After receiving a $10,000 and the gap insurance will pay the rest however I will not have any more money to buy another vehicle.

You should hire counsel immediately to represent you in pursuing a claim against the at fault driver. Additionally, you should not give any statements to the other sides insurance company and take photos of the car wreck before the repairs are completed
