Public adjuster contract

More details to this question:
I signed a contract with a public adjuster. It is on the contract he will be compensated 15 per cent of all funds recovered. However the home insurance invoked its right to repair and will replace the roof paying straight its contractor. Once I will not get any payment , am I still have to pay him?

Most likely some value as a % of the amount paid out. It all depends on the terms of the contract.
