When you are a contractor carrying a private health insurance for your family and a memeber of your family had an accident as indicated in the question above that is resulting in catastrophic expenses. The Insurance company has started to deny benefits. What are my options and what would a Lawyer need for info to determine best case outcome.

If I spoke to you I would need a copy of your health insurance policy, all correspondence from the insurance company and the medical records that you have to date.
