Is it okay to have Cobra dental coverage cancelled without notice or repayment?

My Husbands ex employer has been covering us through cobra insurance with medical and dental, we just found out that they cancelled the dental insurance last february but have continued to take our cobra payments. What can we do?

Well, did you call the benefits office, fax them the receipts or cancelled checks showing your payment, and ask what happened?
