More details to this question:
I was given a lot of different medications at the beginning of the accident for headaches and was pretty much always some kind of loopy and when the insurance companies asked me about the crash i may have messed up on the were you working question. Im almost 2 years into the lawsuit now and out if the constant medication roller coaster and im kinda scared at worst they could try to say im committing insurance fraud or least they could refuse to pay for medical bills. Im an independent contractor and not claiming lost wages or anything work related if that matters.

This is a serious issue for you to address with the lawyer handling your case, not random lawyers on the internet. Generally, anytime you perjure yourself in court, its a bad thing and needs to be addressed directly.
