QUESTION

I need a lawyer that does not get paid until I win the case. My issue is dealing with family member that has cashed in my fathers CD's

More details to this question:
When my father died, a family member found my father's CD's and went to a bank to cash them in. I am my fathers only daughter, and I didn't give anybody permission to cash his CD;s in. The bank should have been liable for cashing CD's without proof my permission. How did this happen, someone needs to pay for this. Isn't this a federal offense?.

If you are looking for someone to take the case on a contingency basis, then you need to call around to various attorneys in your area to talk with each one about the case.
