I Have an issue with Kia Motor Finance not providing documents to my Gap Insurance company

More details to this question:
My Gap insurance is requesting my payment history from my financial company Kia Motor Finance . After repeated request to them to send this document, they say that they will send it but , my Gap insurance keeps telling me they don't have the document. I received a letter say if they don't get the document in 28 days they wont pay the claim. I am at wits end . I don't know who to believe any more.

You may need to hire a lawyer to intervene or possibly sue one or the other for damages. This is likely due the GAP insurance having issue with missed payments or a claim of remaining value that exceeds the amoritization schedule.
