More details to this question:
Do I have to pay my attorney any fees if I terminate them without a recovery in my case. I signed a Contingent Fee Retainer in Florida but don't see anything about fees due them upon termination of our agreement.

Sort of - they have a lien against any recovery. If you drop the case not likely. If you think you can stiff them outta fees and then settle yorself and keep the money, not likely.
