QUESTION

During hurricane Irma we incurred some wind and water damage put claim with insurance we knew $1000 deductible over 6000 in damages we got nothing

More details to this question:
we pay our insurance and can't get then make good on the claim for damages from the hurricane what can we do we can't afford to fit them ourselves we took pictures of damages they came out saw damages but decided that there was now all these fees that now gives us nothing back to fix our home what can we do to get some help from them

The problem here is the WHY...I suspect you have more than a $1,000.00 deductible and thats what the insurance company said in the declination letter. You will need to hire a lawyer, possibleat some expense, to review your claim and policy to see why the insurance company has paid nothing. This needs to be addressed ASAP as you are 5 months post event and not resolved this issue.
