QUESTION

Citizens ins. Has sent me a request for x$10,000 to repay them for water damage done to their clients condo that is below mine. What to do?

My renter was away aa was the owner below. The hose behind the washer burst and water went to the condo below. I had no insurgence. My renter has renters ins. Citizens is sending me copies of the bills. Must i pay? What should I do? Can I handle this without an attorney??
