More details to this question:
My car was in an accident. It was the other drivers fault. He didnt have enough coverage so i had to file with my insurance. Now i have no car and 4 kids. His insurance company drug the claim out for almost a month before informing me they couldnt file it. I dont have to money for a down payment for another car and if my gap insurance doesnt cover the rest of my car i will be in debt as well.
