QUESTION
Auto claim has been open for 6 months and still under investigation. They keep saying they are investigating but nobody tells me why.

Do they have the right to jerk me around and take so long and have multiple agencies so call investigate something where I did no wrong? I need help immediately. So far they said the next step in their investigation is to have me perform an EUO with their attorney. They said that I would receive a letter from them in a week with a scheduled date. I called the attorney and they said they cannot send the letter out until their attorney finishes investigating and that the lawyer is in contact with the hudson county prosecutors office and the hudson county police which I have no idea why .
