QUESTION

am I able to sue an insurance company for rental car reimbursements

Asked on Nov 13th, 2017 on Insurance - Florida
More details to this question:
I went though united automotive insurance company which is the insurance company of the person who hit me. it was a week long process to repair my car (Monday-Monday) and the car rental fees were close to $900, out of pocket. The insurance company told me to send them the invoice for reimbursement but they are only willing to give me $125. I had to take out a payday loan just to pay rent because of the rental car and now I wont even get that money back, but will still be making payments on it. is there anything I can do.
