If you are a US citizen, children over the age of 21 and unmarried are only obtaining green cards where the I-130 petition was filed before 9/22/06; if you are a green card holder, the date is 3/22/06. That of course translates out to a waiting time of seven years and more. If possible, you should attempt to have the case reopened. You will have to file a new petition for your daugther.  How long it will take depends on your own status (which you didn't state).
