What can I do if I want to apply for my wife but first I want to become a US citizen?

The US citizenship application, it said given the name of "legal name of current spouse and previous legal name of current spouse" is it her legal name is the one that have my last name in it and her previous name was the one before our marriage. Do have to send prove of our marriage to them? Thank you, any information is helpful.
Yes, you need to give her current name and any other names she has had in the past, such as her maiden name and/or any names she may have had through previous marriages, if any.
You do not need to get married before applying for citizenship. When completing the N-400 just indicate the current legal name of any current spouse and the current legal name of any prior spouses. You will need certified copies of the divorce decrees for all prior spouses.
