There is not a whole of information in your question, but if we assume that you have been a permament resident (green card holder) for 5 years or more and can show good moral character for the last five years of your life, then you should be able to apply for citizenship. Please note that if you have other crimes older than the last five years, the government may still want to know your full criminal history.

Possibly. There is not enough information to determine if you meet all of the eligibility requirements for naturalization. Are you simply renewing your green card or are you removing conditions?
