my duaghter is US citizen he wants to file I 130 they ask about MY employer on the form I do work not sure how to answer

The I-130 form asks for employment information for both the Petitioner and the Beneficiary.  If  you are not employed, simply enter "Unemployed" in the space provided.  You do not need to be employed to be sponsored for a green card. I hope that this information is helpful to you. Mark Curley
