What does he need to file to go to court to terminate the guardianship?

More details to this question:
My son has a daughter and her grandmother tricked him into giving her guardianship. She said it was for health insurance purposes. She was visiting with the child and would not give her back. Now she will not allow my son to see his daughter.

He needs to file a petition to terminate the guardianship and show the court he is able to care for his child.
