QUESTION

My ex spouse has not paid child support since 9-2013. Should he have visiting rights since he has broken his divorce agreement?

I have contacted the Child Support Enforcement agency and they are taking my case to a judge to be ruled on for contempt of court charges.

Parenting time is seperate from child support.  Just because he does not pay child support does not mean you are allowed to withhold his parenting timing.  If you end up withholding his parenting time he can also file a Motion to Show Cause (contempt) against you as well.    For more information visit us at www.Sylkatis-Law.com & www.LorainDivorceAttorney.com
