More details to this question:
I have a one year old and the father and I agreed last year to rotate every other month since FL law is joint custody. Since he has never came to visit her, is it possible for me to get full custody? Please advise.. I do not want her to be confused any more than she already is.

While it is POSSIBLE to gain sole custody, the more likely result is that your efforts will result in his seeking and having MORE time with the child. You need help from an attorney to properly present your case to the Judge who will ultimately determine how the Timeshare should be divided.

Yes, that is possible. In determining whether to enter an initial order or an order modifying a prior timesharing order, the judge is required to consider the actual time that the father has spent with the child. But understand that the judge's goal may be to make sure that the child has a healthy relationship with both patents.

It may be possible for you to get sole parental responsibility, but you will need an attorney for that.
