Is a house still considered marital property even if only one person is on the deed

More details to this question:
My wife is the purchaser and her father is the co signer on our home. It was purchase during marriage. We are getting divorced - is this still considered marital property?

Good morning,   Under New York law, the house would be considered a marital asset.  Anything purchased during the marriage is presumed to be a marital asset.
