How do I stop paying child support if my son now lives with me?

More details to this question:
How do I stop paying child support if my son now lives with me. I still owe his mother back pay, and while I don't mind paying that, she wants me to continue to pay her child support while he lives with me. Please help!

You will need to file a motion to modify the current court orders. The support order remains in effect until modified. You cannot retroactively modify amounts owed prior to the date you file a modification action.
