I've never seen one used in a domestic relations court. I would, however, be uncomfortable with you submitting to one. I have seen differing test results come back exactly opposite of what was expected and with the thought of a potential criminal action in the background I don't know that that would be something that i would do.

Except in very unusual circumstances in Ohio, the results of lie detector tests (known more technically as "polygraph tests") are not admissible in court. Typically, the way they would come in would be for a prosecutor to offer a plea bargain to drop the charges if the accused takes and passes a polygraph; with the other side of the coin being that the polygraph will be admissible without objection if the accused fails the test. Let me clear about the rest of this: YOU *NEED* A LAWYER. I will say this again, YOU *NEED* A LAWYER.
