My husband's sister is currently renting our house in Myrtle Beach, SC. She has been living there with her husband for about 5 years. She is divorcing him and he won't move out. There is no written lease. Is there anything we can do legally to get him to move out? According to her, he does not pay any of the rent. Neither of them paid the rent in August and I think we'll only get 1/2 for September. It is likely, we'll want her to move out in the next month or two as well.

You may consider going to the Magistrates' office in Horry County and file an ejectment action.
