Need to reduce wage garnishments

More details to this question:
back in 2015 I put a debt collection into a debt consolidation program. in 2017 I received a notice that the company was still looking for payments. I sent it back to the debt collection S&N debt solutions. now after a few years the creditor sent a garnishment to my employer since it was orignially sent to an address that I no longer reside at. I want to know if there is a way to reduce the amount since it no longer shows on my credit report and credit history just to be able to come to some agreement because right now i barely have what needed to pay bills.

To my knowledge, you have two alternatives. The first is to approach the creator and see if they will agree to a lesser payment. The second is to file bankruptcy. Bankruptcy will immediately and the garnishment. I have filed bankruptcy several times to end garnishment. When the
