Is there any way for me to still return a kirby vacuum

More details to this question:
I puchased a kirby vacuum not knowing I had 3 days to return it. I have 3 other people who were with me during the demonstration and never once he said we had 3 days to return the product. I didn't use the product until a week after to vacuum my bedroom and my $10 broom picked up dirt that the vacuum couldn't. It was a SCAM I need help I have 2 infants and my credit is already bad, I can not pay $3,000 for this vacuum.

You passed the standard three day right of recession. You are likely on a payment plan. The only way to cancel the contract now would be to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy. You may also be able to contact the company and negotiate an exit but its doubtful.
