More details to this question:
My boyfriend is being charged with attempted carjack, although he did not commit the crime he was at the scene. The person that committed the crime came forward and admitted to the crime,They're most likely going to drop the attempted carjack charge but he may get charged with posseion of a firearm ,do you think he will get little to no time ,he's a first time offender?
