Me and my sister were dumb and tried to steal like 100 worth of dumb stuff from walmart and got caught and now we have to go to court . We live in San Antiono im just trying to figure out if we will get jail time .

If it was actually $100 or more, but less than $750, that's a Class B misdemeanor. It's punishable by up to 180 days in jail.
