What is likely to happen to me after my first DUI arrest in Colorado?

More details to this question:
I got a DUI in Lakewood, Colorado. It's my 1st DUI. BAC was 0.263. Is there a law like if its above something there is mandatory jail time or can jail time be done in home arrest?

There is a 10 day mandatory minimum jail sentence for a DUI with a result above .20. That CAN be served as In-home detention, but I suggest you consult with an experienced DUI defense attorney instead of handling this yourself. Good luck!
