Do you mean R and O as in resisting and obstructing police? It is a four-year felony meaning you could go to prison, jail, probation or a combination of any of those. It will depend on a number of factors such as do you have any prior criminal history, was the police officer injured, was there a sentencing agreement? Make sure you are represented by an experienced criminal defense lawyer if you are not already.
