What does it mean when my case status says closed?

More details to this question:
I was arrested and charged with an f-1 assault. I took a deal with the district attorney 6-23 months county jail followed by 5 yrs probation. I got signed out early by the judge on March 12, 2011. I looked online and seen my case status said closed. What does that mean in Philadelphia Pennsylvania? I'm on probation until 2017. My restitution started at 2900.00 and its now 1700.00. I just got married October, 2013 and I'm trying to get transferred from Philadelphia Pennsylvania to Beverly, New Jersey. I did everything the judge said for my probation, but I'm still waiting to get transferred. How long does it take?
Not 100% sure but if you are talking about the UJS website, it distinguishes between active and closed cases. If you have been sentenced, they may view your case as closed, even though you are on probation.
