What are the chances of losing my driving privileges if I get a second DUI?

I was recently pulled over in Colorado for a DUI. This is my second offense. My first offense was over 5 years ago, and in California. My BAC for this recent offense was high though (0.207), which I have heard comes with additional penalties. Would there be any way I could keep my license? There is no public transportation where I work, and part of my job is driving.
