More details to this question:
If two people agree to settle a dispute by a fist fight and that agreement is confirmed by handshake and has video confirmation, with agreement that it will not be an excessive fight (Fight ends when it is clear on who won, no excessive damage)?
A consensual mutual combat situation is usually a defense to an assault charge. However, there is a crime in Washington called "disorderly conduct", which makes it a crime to "fight with another by agreement".
