unfortunately, any citizen can tell law enforecement that they were the victim of a crime and if beleived, a law officer can swear out a warrant. it happens all the time. if you think this will happen start gathering your evidence to defend yourself, avoid the person and alleged victim, and see a lawyer. the lawyer will advise you not to talk to anyone, including police, about the case.
